Loved the great location, I could practically roll out of bed and be at The Croatian Museum of Naive Art in no time! The terrace was a perfect spot for people-watching while sipping my morning coffee.

Who needs a reception staff or clear instructions? Figuring out how to find the unmarked building from the side alley was like a delightful treasure hunt.

Smile&Love Republic Zagreb Center provided very detailed instructions prior to my arrival, making check-in a breeze. the room was quiet, comfortable, and the bed was so cozy it was hard to get up in the morning. the location was perfect for exploring the city center, and the shower was excellent. a great place to stay in the city, especially for those on a budget.

Great location and comfortable bed. The hotel had all the facilities we needed for our city trip. The staff was friendly and spoke good English, which made communication easy. The fully equipped kitchen was a nice touch, and the extra pillows we requested were provided. The room had sufficient hanging space with hangers, and the lighting was just right. Despite limited TV channels, it was nice to have a TV.

We experienced a delay in our check-in, which was a bit frustrating since we were already tired. The keypad entry system didn't work for us, so we had to rely on a single key, which was inconvenient when we split up to do different activities.

Guests could enjoy a leisurely walk through the charming Ilica street, exploring the surrounding attractions. Despite the small size of the room, it was well, optimized and impeccably clean. the sheets and linens had a pleasant scent, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. the video instructions sent prior to arrival were incredibly helpful, allowing guests to easily find the place and smoothly check, in.

The check, out process could be more flexible and accommodating, even if the cleaning staff were attending to other rooms.
